Overview

A large-scale property management platform for industrial parks and residential communities — 20+ modules spanning owner and tenant lifecycle, billing, access control, vehicle and meal management, maintenance, fitness facility operations, rescue monitoring, and utility tracking — with real-time notifications and map-based operations.

My Role

Led frontend architecture, project scaffolding, Git workflow, and implementation of critical modules across 20+ domains including billing, access control, vehicle management, rescue monitoring, and fitness facility operations. Mentored team members and standardized patterns used across the portal.

• Google Maps with Places API for building locations, rescue zones, and geospatial pin input
• Chart.js dashboards (bar, doughnut) for demographics, operational stats, and rescue analytics
• PDF generation (jspdf + html2canvas) for bills, employee access cards, and QR-based management
